Cypermethrin and profenofos can be effectively used in cotton, wheat, rice, soybeans, potatoes, tobacco, fruit trees, sugar beets, and other crops. It is particularly effective against cotton bollworms, pink bollworms, and other cotton bollworms. The general application method is foliar spray, with a recommended dosage of 60 to 100 ml per acre.
Apply 30 to 50 ml of 44% EC per mu against seedling aphids. During the peak incubation period for cotton bollworm, pink bollworm, and diamond worm, use 50 to 100 ml of 44% EC per mu sprayed with water. It also controls blind bugs, leaf rollers, bridge insects, and mites.
To control diamondback moth, use 60 to 80 ml of 44% EC or 30 to 50 ml of 22% EC per mu mixed with 40 to 50 kg of water. For vegetable aphids, spray 30 to 60 ml of 44% EC per mu with 30 to 50 kg of water.
Spray 1500–2000 times dilution of 44% EC against thorn moths, stink bugs, walnut fruit weevils, and chestnut leaf dead moths on various fruit trees. For hawthorn flower pests, spray with a 1000–1500 times dilution of 44% EC.
For rice borer and rice leaf roller, spray 50 to 75 ml of 44% EC per mu with 50 to 75 kg of water during peak egg hatching before larvae bore stems. For rice thrips and rice leafhoppers, spray 30 to 50 ml of 44% EC per mu with 50 to 75 kg of water.
