Nicosulfuron Application: Used to control annual or perennial grasses and broad-leaved weeds in corn fields, such as field thistle, iron chestnut, Cyperus cyperi, sorrel wrinkle leaf, Arabian sorghum, wild oats, crabgrass, barnyardgrass, ryegrass multiflora, velvet hemp, amaranth, pig’s cattail, poppies, chickweed. It is especially good for the early application of annual weeds, the recommended dosage is 5-15g active ingredient/hm.
Crop Safety: For corn and potato weeding; safe on corn, safest on spring corn. The half-life of rimsulfuron-methyl in corn is only 6 hours, and the corn is still safe when treated with 2 to 4 times the recommended dose.
